Non‑Disclosure Agreements

What are Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

A non-disclosure agreement is a contract between at least two parties that specifies confidential information that the parties want to share with one another while also restricting access by third parties.

Why do I need to Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) training?

Your learners need to know about NDAs because not all NDAs are equal. Some don’t protect oral disclosures, some are one-way and don’t even protect YOUR disclosures, some expire before you start disclosing, and some permit the other party to do whatever they want with your trade secrets after a few years. Ignorance of these nuances can lead to catastrophic mistakes.
