Effective Meetings

Have you ever had to sit through a meeting that lasts way too long and accomplishes way too little?  Of course you have. We all have.  These kinds of meetings are inefficient, meandering, and vague as to their goals. I’ve attended meetings where after an hour, I’m still not sure why I’m there. This has been a worldwide epidemic for way too long.  Simply, if you want your team to be successful, you need to know how to have effective meetings.
